My wallet balence is 602. 2 days back i reacharged my mother's no with 55 and 47 but recharge is not completed but balence is reduced status says initiated when I thought it will take 24 hours time after then it will come .But today app was not responding yet . It shows " You don't have permition to access /login php on this server Additionally a 403 forbidden errer was encountered while trying to use an errer document to handle the request " Then what us problem and how can rectify the result and how can defend my balence please help me
